Almost Yours is the story I wrote for the version of my younger self that needed closure.

It’s a second-chance romance about the kind of love that leaves a mark — the kind that happens when you’re young, impressionable, and convinced that if you just try a little harder… maybe someone will finally choose you.

The story follows Brielle, a barista who has spent the last five years quietly rebuilding her life after a relationship that never truly gave her the answers she needed. When an unexpected opportunity pulls her into the fast-paced world of a rising tech company, she finds herself face-to-face with the one person she thought she’d left firmly in the past.
